Masonic Angel Fund Recognized by Media and the Children Who Benefit

Post date: Jun 30, 2017 2:54:15 AM

After two active years donating funds to help individual students and their families in the Marlborough elementary and middle schools, United Brethren's Masonic Angel Fund program received local media coverage with articles in April (Main Street Journal) and June (Community Advocate) of 2017. The Brothers also received an unexpected token of appreciation from the Whitcomb Middle School Counselors that have worked with them to identify children with needs and get them the funds to help them get through tough times and integrate into the community. The counselors also presented several hand-written thank-you notes from the children. These testaments to this important and effective program will be kept on display at United Brethren Lodge.
