Chili Cook-off Registration

Entry fees;

($15) per individual category entree

All entries will receive a commemorative gift

Please remember:

  1. Entrants are requested to be at the lodge between 11 - 11:30am

January 26th 2014, in order to set up in the preparation area.

  1. Entrants are requested to bring 2-3 gallons of chili, serving tools, and condiments; remember, the chili will be served to others in attendance.

  2. An area will be set aside for placement of entries – we request that entrants prepare your chili off-site, and then bring it in a crock pot or slow cooker to keep warm. Sufficient power access will be provided. Some bowls and eating utensils will be provided.

  3. Contestants are LIMITED to Brothers only, but the event is open to the public

  4. Contestants are REQUIRED to; LABEL Chili (Food Allergens, Heat), SEARVE Chili at 165*F, and WEAR Food serving gloves while handling food

  5. The Chili Cook Off will be judged by a preselected panel of Judges. This is intended as an event to promote fellowship and brotherhood amongst the Masonic family – which means, HAVE FUN!

Please have entries in no later than January 19th, 2014, so that arrangements can be made to accommodate all entrants and attendees.
